🔐 A vault you can read at a glance
Gmail, Facebook, Netflix, Spotify, Shopee, Grab, PayPal, ChatGPT, Claude, BPI, Landbank and 50+ more show their own logo and color, so you stop reading titles. Mark an account as "Sign in with Google" so you never hunt for a password that doesn't exist.
🛒 Shopping lists that do the math
Put an amount on each item and get a running total, how much you've spent, how much is left, and a progress bar. Choose your own currency (₱, $, €, £, ¥ and more).
🔗 Everything connects
Attach a person, a place, photos or a PDF to any note. Link a promise to a contact. File anything into a Collection. Then find it all from one search bar.
🤝 Promises
For things you told someone you'd do: lend money, send a file, call back. Each gets an optional amount, a linked contact, a reminder and an overdue flag.
💬 Contacts that open the chat
One tap to call or text, plus direct links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok and X. Paste a profile link and it fills in for you.

Private by design
Your data never leaves your phone.
There's no server to upload to and no account to create. That's not a setting, it's how the app is built.
Encrypted on-device
Your database is encrypted with AES-256. Vault entries get a second layer from your master password.
No tracking
No analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs and no ads. Android's cloud backup is switched off for the app on purpose.
Works offline
Everything runs without a connection. The only network use is loading map tiles, and only when you open the map.

Good to know before you test
How is NOTEPANS different from other apps?
Three things: it keeps everything on your phone with no account, it puts notes, tasks, shopping, contacts and passwords in one place where they link to each other, and it adds details other apps skip, like brand logos in the vault and a running total on shopping lists.
What do I need to test it?
An Android phone with the Google Play Store, and a Gmail / Google account signed in to it. It takes about a minute to join.
Why does the app need testers at all?
Google requires new personal developer accounts to run a closed test with at least people for days before an app can be released to everyone. Every tester genuinely helps.
What does the app collect about me?
Nothing. Your notes, tasks, passwords and photos stay on your phone in an encrypted database. There's no account, no analytics and no ads. See the privacy policy for details.
What if I forget my master password?
Nobody can recover it, not even the developer, because nothing is stored anywhere else. That's what makes the vault private. Keep a backup file and remember the password you set.
How do I send feedback or report a bug?
Email the developer with what you were doing and what happened. Screenshots help. Anything confusing is useful feedback too.
